This tool can be used to obtain an estimated monthly premium based on the plan you select for your group. In order to obtain an accurate estimate, please include your entire census. You will need each employee and family members name that will be covered under the plan. You will also need the zip codes in which each of your employees reside.
Premium amounts reflected are an estimate based on the census information provided.
Blue Cross does not guarantee that the estimated premiums will be the actual amount billed for coverage.
